Commercial Building, Inc. just successfully finished a commercial upfit at the Capital Building in downtown Fayetteville. We installed 21 heilical piers at the front of the building to stop the building from settling. We demolished and rebuilt 2 ceramic tile planters. 
We welded steel bracing to the front face of the building back to structural columns within the building on the 1st and 2nd floors. CBI then moved and installed new storefront at the front face of the Capital Building. CBI removed a majority of the acoustical ceiling in the rear of the Capital Building. We sistered 22′ LVL beams to existing damaged beams, two stories in the air, utilizing 2 scissor lifts. Isolated damaged beams were corrected by sandwiching LVL beams on both sides of the damage, using and engineer approved nailing pattern. We rebuilt the acoustical ceilings and did a final clean.
