Commercial Building, Inc is doing a commercial renovation for the Capital Building in downtown Fayetteville, NC. Commercial Building is currently drilling helical piers 20′ deep to add additional support to the front of the structure.
The end of January started off with a large commercial new construction project for Commercial Building, Inc., a Fayetteville commercial general contractor. February will also include some new and exciting commercial upfits and new commercial construction projects. March will kick off with a new commercial construction shopping center and a medical upfit for an optometrist.
Commercial Building, Inc. recently began the commercial renovation of Old Bowley School on Fort Bragg. This commercial renovation project encompasses 3 winds of Old Bowley school. We are currently breaking down furniture and moving it into storage for the duration of the commercial renovation. Commercial Building, Inc. will be removing acousitical ceiling tile and building new walls in all 3 wings. The walls will be made with STC 45 to sound proof walls and doors. More pictures are coming
