We’re currently working on a job at Holmes Electric in Downtown Fayetteville. We’re installing helical piers, steel shafts resembling a large screw that provide a foundation support for the structure. These piers will help support the exiting foundation to transfer the load to a more suitable, stronger soil deeper in the earth. They will help provide a deep foundation solution. You can see our work with the helical piers below:

We’re excited to announce the completion of our Maxwell Street reconstruction, which is now home to the Fayetteville Regional Chamber. For this construction, we took the old grocery warehouse and woodworking shop, the former J.H. Culbreth & Co. Warehouse, and transformed the over 100 year old building into a useful building for the Chamber. We were excited to take on this challenge and fulfill the vision of the owners.
We did major foundation repair while preserving the historic look of the building while also incorporating modern elements throughout.
In addition to the Chamber area, the Economic Development Alliance will occupy part of the upstairs portion. Additionally, we constructed two apartments that reside on the second floor as well. These lofts have beautiful brick walls with exposed ceiling rafters that are more than 100 years old.
We are very excited to take on any office construction in Fayetteville NC, but were especially excited to restore this older building and reconstruct it into something new. We are thrilled with the results. And we were also happy to see the construction featured in The Fayetteville Observer!

We wrapped up many of our projects at Commercial Building, and we’re very pleased with the results!
Maxwell Street
The Chamber will be moving back to Downtown Fayetteville to the former grocery warehouse and woodworking shop on Maxwell Street. We started reconstruction and repair on the building in the fall, and it will soon house the Chamber and Economic Development Alliance offices, along with adding two apartments upstairs!
The Looking Glass 3D/4D Ultrasound
We completed another successful medical renovation for Dr. Connette McMahon’s new office, The Looking Glass 3D/4D Ultrasound. The building, located at 4286 Raeford Rd., yielded great results when finished!
308 Person Street
We really enjoyed all the work we did at 308 Person Street! The historic building is located in downtown Fayetteville. We worked closely with the Fayetteville Historic District City Council Society in preserving the history of this home. We installed new carpet and tile, painted, did trim work, added an iron fence and security systems, along with hardy siding, and Trex decking. We also installed new windows and a metal roof, and spruced up the grounds with landscaping, and the paving and striping of the parking lot.
Parks Building Supply
This summer, we wrapped up our major renovation construction at Parks Building Supply! This upfit transformed the 15,000 sqft Old Stock Building into the new Parks Building Supply location and included major interior and exterior renovations. A beautiful new Media Center was installed in addition to multiple rooms staged for customers to see just how appealing and family-friendly their new kitchen or bathroom could look. Not to mention an amazing stairwell and barrel vault ceilings. Additionally, it is the newest in energy-efficient LED lighting will be throughout the building. The new façade adds dimensions and character to the exterior of the building.
