In addition to our commercial upfit/renovation service, we also work on new construction. We take care of all the sitework and utilities on new construction for commercial buildings. Commercial Building, Inc. has experience in shopping centers, mini-storage, club houses, medical buildings, free standing buildings and office buildings.

Commercial Building, Inc. is a design build contractor for its clients. We handle all phases of the process from beginning to end. We can provide architectural plans, civil engineering, and plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm engineering. Commercial Building, Inc. self performs work in areas such as concrete, masonry, insulation, doors and windows, hardware, metal studs, wood studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, trim work, painting, specialties, and demolition. In addition, we also have a dedicated plumber, HVAC crew, electrician and sprinkler company.

Commercial Building, Inc. has incredible prices on constructing “Building Shells.” We can construct a “Building Shell” with a pre-engineered metal building, storefront, stucco and brick finishes. Basically, the “Building Shell” is completely finished on the outside, including sidewalks and electrical power panels. The inside of the small building is the only area incomplete and ready for upfit.
